From Fredericksburg, with love: we bought a crate of glorious peaches while traveling through Fredericksburg the other day. The peach is our consolation prize for withstanding the Texas heat of summer. So far my mom turned some into homemade peach jam, and tonight I wrestled over a dozen of them into a peach cobbler. Oh dear, it was delicious.
